The staff was friendly and very helpful, answering all my questions about the local area. It was a pleasure to have this service. The location was convenient, with access to nearby shops. I also found a nice pub just around the corner. I really enjoyed my visit there.

I found the floor in the shower to be quite slippy. I believe a mat could prevent accidents. Luckily, I didn't hurt myself, but it was a bit unsettling.

The room included ample facilities. Parking was included. This provided great assistance and removed any parking concerns. The bedroom offered everything I needed for a good night.

Breakfast was great and you could order your dish and beverage. They prepared it fresh. The poached eggs tasted perfect. I could choose from plenty of options. It was a perfect start to the day.

the staff were very friendly. they provided great service. i was given clear directions for accessing the hotel. i found the location easy to navigate for city exploration. i had a comfy night's sleep. i appreciate a hotel which makes things clear.

I didn't like that I had to pay extra for parking on a small, awkward car park. It cost £20 per night. Breakfast also wasn't included. It cost an extra £10 per day.
